My stay at Keraton at The Plaza Jakarta was truly great overall. From the warm and welcoming check-in to the enjoyable dinner and breakfast experiences, everything felt well taken care of. The staff were attentive and professional, and the ambiance of the hotel was elegant and comfortable. However, there was a slight disappointment when we requested to have lunch after check-in, but were informed that the restaurant was fully occupied and were advised to have it the next day. Unfortunately, we had an early check-out after breakfast, so we couldn’t experience the lunch service. Despite that minor hiccup, the overall stay was memorable and pleasant. Would still recommend Keraton for its excellent service and quality hospitality.

The service not bad, but my stay here didn’t meet my expectation, as i set the bar high for my stay in Keraton, as Keraton under spg, back then, was my favourite hotel in Jakarta. The room size is same as before, huge for Jakarta’s standard room, however, the vibe is totally different. I feel like Keraton now is too bright, under spg , used to be more elegant, solid, luxurious. The quality of breakfast is also too much different from before. And the most irritating one for my stay now is the strong paint smell, since it’s just newly renovated, make my stay uncomfortable.

Semua cukup baik, hanya masalah lokasi kamar yg cukup mengganggu karena suara2 dari luar. Untuk makanan, kebersihan, keramahan staff sangat baik semua. Saya akan kembali di bulan depan. Semoga dengan lokasi kamar yg labih quiet.
